This was the lecturer's message in his last lecture with us about leadership, after he told us the history of the eagles and its values, in the subject 'Ethics of the Administrator'. These leadership lessons help us understand why we should choose the hardest path that has the most value in our lives, rather than the easiest one. Because through challenges, we develop and become stronger to build a better future. The history of eagles Eagles live about 80 years, almost as long as humans. But to live that long, they have to make a difficult decision. When they are in their 40s, their beak bends and lengthens around their mouth, preventing them from feeding.
